Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm in California to find an experienced Legal Secretary. This role is vital to the smooth operation of the legal team, providing comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and ensuring all legal documents are prepared and filed accurately. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic legal environment and exhibit excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, revising, and formatting legal documents.
  • Managing attorney schedule and calendar.
  • E-filing through State and Federal Courts.
  • Exhibiting excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Utilizing proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Coordinating with attorneys and paralegals to ensure the timely filing of legal documents.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Required Work Hours

The position requires a commitment from Monday to Friday.

Benefits

Competitive pay ranging from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
